The hiring range for this opportunity is $140,000 to $170,000 annually along with incentive opportunities, creating a competitive total compensation package based on our pay scale, and may be modified by location and is commensurate with qualifications and experience.

Position Summary: Middle Market Relationship Manager develops and manages relationships with commercial clients in assigned business segments and/or geographic areas. Viewed as a trusted advisor to clients and can manage and develop a portfolio of relationships with target segments that lead to loans deposits and other revenue generating products and services.

Major Responsibilities: Responsible for the profitable development of new business for companies with annual revenue of no less than $50MM and ongoing credit monitoring of the portfolio. An ability to develop trusted advisory relationships with Owners and Senior Executives of Clients, Prospects and Centers of Influence. Capable of coordinating with bank partners to create and implement a strategy for large and complex Clients, Prospects and Centers of Influence. This position requires a robust understanding of credit, commercial products and financial statement analysis, in order to offer holistic banking solutions (i.e. loans and treasury management) based on specific needs. This role is expected to activity participate in community activities.

Education and Competency:

  • High School Diploma required; bachelor’s degree Preferred
  • 5+ years of Middle Market Banking experience
  • Exceptional knowledge of commercial credit policies and procedures.
  • Advanced credit analysis and accounting skills.
  • Proven track record of success in a sales environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to utilize personal computers and Windows driven programs.
  • Good interpersonal skills, team oriented, and strong customer service skills
