Position Overview:

Epsilon is in search of a Client Relationship Manager to lead and facilitate the successful execution of customer-centric Sales (Retail) initiatives for a prominent Automotive client.

Your Responsibilities:

You will act as the primary client liaison for various projects, managing the workflow from inception to completion. This includes developing communication strategies, overseeing creative processes, managing timelines, executing programs, and possessing a fundamental understanding of campaign performance metrics.

This role will also encompass responsibilities in financial management, including accounting, budget oversight, billing, and invoicing. Program execution may involve multiple channels such as direct mail, email, digital platforms, websites, and point-of-sale materials.


Collaboration is Key:

This position will report to the Account Supervisor and will require close collaboration with Creative, Analytics, Data, Production teams, Development, and external Vendors.

This is a hybrid position, requiring a commitment to in-office work on designated days.


Innovative Contributions:

This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic team, actively participating in new initiatives for a major automotive client. You will assist in product launches, market conquest strategies, leading campaigns, and managing direct mail and sales incentive initiatives.

Additionally, you will oversee internal project traffic to ensure timely approvals and adherence to campaign deadlines while maintaining transparent communication with the client.

  • Strong presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience in automotive marketing or digital media.

Compensation:
Salary range: $60,000 - $70,000.
