We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Trade Marketing & Sales Account Specialist to join our client's team. This role is responsible for developing and executing seasonal account plans in collaboration with the Business Unit and Sales team, with a focus on driving brand advocacy and conversion on key products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in brand marketing, sales, and project management, preferably within the sporting goods industry.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Collaborate with the Business Unit and Sales team to create and manage seasonal account plans, tool requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Execute marketing plans with accounts to drive brand advocacy among target consumers and increase conversion on key products.
  • Advocate for the account within Brand teams, briefing and collaborating with Category Comms Teams to ensure all account needs and tools are met.
  • Own and manage budgets for account projects within the Brand team, balancing creative disruptiveness with disciplined spending efficiencies.
  • Maintain and communicate timelines for account plans and tool-building. Proactively solve problems, mitigate delays, and hold stakeholders accountable for meeting dates and deliverables.
  • Drive the creation of additional Market retail marketing needs not covered by Category Comms Plans, ensuring alignment with global strategies.
  • Ensure adherence to the Global/Market Brand Calendar, prioritize key campaigns, and allocate Channel marketing budgets accordingly.
  • Provide regular feedback and share best practices with Global counterparts to enhance the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
  • Report on the timeliness of deliverables and the performance of all wholesale trade marketing initiatives to internal stakeholders.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Progressive experience in brand marketing and/or sales, preferably in wholesale and the sporting goods industry.
  • Proven experience in leading and managing a diverse team, including remote management.
  • Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office suite of products.
  • Experience in both market and above-market organizations is preferred.
Qualifications:
  • A university degree in Business or equivalent professional experience, ideally in Sales and/or Marketing.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in consumer products, creative agency, and/or project management.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $25 to $29 hourly. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
