Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: Education and Experience: Minimum of three (3) years of progressive responsibility in a related field (e.g., Spiritual Care, Healthcare, etc.). Minimum of two (2) years of supervisory/management experience. Master's Degree in healthcare management, theology, spirituality, behavioral science or related fields. Job Specifications: Professional preparatory training (Masters level or equivalency) in theology, spirituality, ethics and community health within two (2) years of hire.
