Job Title: Administrative Support III/Inventory Management Job Description We are seeking an Administrative Support III professional to join our team in Seattle, WA. This role is primarily operational, involving packing/scanning boxes and performing administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have a experience in inventory management and be proficient in Excel. The position requires handling prototype devices and ensuring their timely delivery to testers. Responsibilities Pack and ship boxes, including building and scanning devices. Handle and manage inventory of prototype devices. Perform administrative tasks related to inventory management. Ensure accurate tracking and updates in Excel. Work collaboratively in small teams and participate in daily stand-ups. Essential Skills Proficiency in MS Office Suite – Word, Excel, and Outlook. Experience in inventory management. Technical aptitude to operate a computer. Excellent communication skills. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Additional Skills & Qualifications High School Diploma required; college education preferred. Experience in admin, retail, customer service, or fulfillment center roles. Entrepreneurial mindset and proactive attitude. Previous administrative support experience is beneficial. Work Environment This position is based at (Seattle, WA, US) and requires being on your feet for approximately 90% of the day. The work environment is fast-paced and high volume, with a high level of daily interaction and collaboration within small teams. The daily schedule is from 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday, with no flexibility in hours. The role involves working on a proprietary program with the opportunity for extension, although it is not guaranteed.
