Job Title: Administrative Support III/Inventory/Devices Job Description We are seeking an Administrative Support III to join our team. This role involves a combination of administrative tasks and physical inventory management. The ideal candidate must be comfortable with packing boxes and handling prototypes, as well as performing various administrative duties. Responsibilities Pack and ship boxes, including handling prototypes. Perform administrative tasks such as inventory management and data entry. Build, pack, and ship boxes containing Amazon Fire TV products. Scan devices and manage inventory records. Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks. Essential Skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel. Strong communication skills. Experience in inventory management. Technical aptitude and ability to work with computers. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Additional Skills & Qualifications High School Diploma required; college education preferred. Experience in admin, retail, customer service, or fulfillment center preferred. Go-getter attitude with an entrepreneurial mindset. Experience in package handling and shipping preferred. Work Environment The position is located at SEA89 - Ivy in Seattle, WA. The work environment is fast-paced and high-volume, with a collaborative team culture. Candidates will be on their feet for roughly 90% of the day and must be okay with this. The hours are 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday, with no flexibility in hours. Interaction with the team is high, including daily stand-ups and group work.
