RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Bill and title new and used car deals
  • Prepare sales commissions
  • Reconcile cash daily and prepare deposits
  • Perform day to day accounting operations of the store
  • Reconcile accounts and statements as assigned
  • Complete month end procedures as assigned
  • Assist general and department managers with accounting as needed
  • Manage and backup receptionist
  • Accounts payables/receivables duties may be assigned
  • Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Two years minimum dealership experience required
  • CDK experience preferred
  • Accounts payables/receivables experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Effective communicator
