Job DescriptionJob Description

The Auto Title Clerk (Administrator) is responsible for processing automobile title documents for lease payoff along with the functions of a Title Processor I. They are responsible to follow the release instructions provided by the client. This position requires the ability to research and address exception issues.

Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities

  • Sign/stamp title documents and match/attach all other corresponding documents.
  • Follow provided instructions to complete reassignment of titles.
  • Notify the supervisor/lead for any exception issues or questions.
  • Assist others as necessary.

Basic & Preferred Qualifications (Education AND Experience)

  • HS diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
  • Some college.
  • 0-2 years of experience.
  • Minimal supervision.

Minimum Job Skills, (Abilities & Qualifications)

  • Ability to type 45+ WPM.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong handwriting skills/excellent penmanship.
  • Strong work ethic.
  • Excellent time management and organization skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well with people throughout the organization.
  • Willingness to maintain a professional appearance and provide a positive company image.
  • Ability to perform required daily duties under minimal supervision.
