Primary Function of Organizational Unit
The School of Law provides quality legal education to students by teaching students critical thinking/skill building, identifying mentorship opportunities, and preparing students for the practice of law by allowing them to provide legal services under the supervision of attorneys.

Primary Purpose of Position
The primary purpose of this position is to provide administrative support to the School of Law Intel Tech Law Center. The employee will enter requisitions, perform periodic follow-up to facilitate timely payment; assist with maintaining confidential personnel files, and report budget activity. The employee must be knowledgeable of University travel procedures and work with faculty to process all travel paperwork; arrange travel itinerary and process travel reimbursements .

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
The successful candidate must possess a working knowledge Banner Finance System or an equivalent system; knowledge of the processes and procedures for University state, trust, foundation, and Title III accounts. Knowledge of office management techniques; knowledge Microsoft Office Suite (Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint) Applications; ability to work independently with little or no supervision; to take initiative to see projects and assignments through to completion; to learn, interpret and analyze information to make necessary decisions; to exercise judgment and discretion in problem solving; to plan, prioritize and organize workflow; ability to work flexible schedules; excellent analytical and organizational skills along with written and oral communication skills, excellent editing; great interpersonal skills to interact effectively and diplomatically with a wide range of individuals in a high pressure environment.

Minimum Education/Experience
High School Diploma or equivalency; or demonstrated possession of the competencies necessary to perform the work.
