-Program Management and HCL Software Products know-how
-Deep understanding of Cloud technologies
-Strong experience in onboarding and migration of HCL Software on Cloud
-Strong experience in handling customers
-Program Management and HCL Software Products knowledge
-Deep understanding of Cloud Technologies and setting up new environment on Cloud
-Expertise and strong experience in Migration for HCL Commerce, HCL Unica, HCL Workload Automation, HCL Digital Experience
-Strong experience in Customer handling and managing multiple HCL Software projects at same time.
-Solutions Architect with experience in integrating multiple products like Commerce, DAM, CMS, Portal.
-Strong experience in working with Customer, Teams & SMEs across HCL Software and Customer at same time to resolve the log-jam.
-Foresee the upcoming issues.
-Sizing and guiding Development and Administration Team
-Experience in working with Product Managers to guide them about the fitment of Product.
-Driving Operational Excellence.
-Experience in Agile and Waterfall methodologies
-Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle and handling large and complex projects.
-Coach Team with the Onboarding and resolve the critical on-going issues.
-Domain knowledge eCommerce and Marketing domain.
-Work with Sales team for responding RFPs questionnaire, Sizing and Customers presentations for the HCL Now.
-Managing Account and understanding P&L of the Program.

-Tools Microsoft Project Plan, Jira, Agile and Waterfall ServiceNow, Ansible
-Domain eCommerce, Marketing, Portal and Digital Technologies
-Products HCL Commerce, HCL Unica, HCL Digital Experience, HWA
(1.) To establish and run the technology solutions organization to provide ENorNN growth to the designated accounts. The typical split at this juncture is 70or30 (2.) To identify and set-up Technology or technoordomain practices for establishment of thought leadership or market leadership (generate more business). E.g. Payments Practice, Cloud Initiatives, Windows platform upgrade center, Risk Management Practice, Wealth Management Practice etc). (3.) To mentor, train and create better pool of talent [architects] in LoB. (4.) To plan for Skill Development for LoB Technology Solutions (Create and plan technology expertise towers, skills required, current skills against these towers, a method for assessing and metering the current skill index, skill index required for each unique role, identify skill gaps and create and execute an agreed skill development plan). (5.) To set-up and run Re-use practice across the LoB (Define and set-up the practice, evangelize, implement and do periodic ROI assessment).
