The Office of the University Provost is seeking an Administrative Coordinator to play a key role in driving our mission forward. In this dynamic role, you’ll provide essential support to the Assistant Provost for Operations, the Chief of Staff, and the BU Women’s Guild Executive Board.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide calendar and meeting support for the Associate Provost for Special Projects & Emerging Priorities, including scheduling of multiple committees, working groups, and related efforts. Committee work includes scheduling meetings, logistics, producing minutes, managing document flow, website maintenance, and gathering information.
  • Provide scheduling and logistical support for BU Women’s Guild’s meetings and events, annual scholarship awards and graduate housing awards processes, financial and membership reporting
  • Provide calendar, event, and meeting support for the Chief of Staff and Assistant Provost for Operations.
  • Daily front desk coverage, and other duties as assigned

Required Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree and 2-4 years of relevant experience

Required Experience

Qualifications:
