Working independently and under general direction the incumbent in this position is responsible for performing a variety of day-to-day administrative Human Resource Information System (HRIS) functions ensuring data integrity and the processing and reporting of HR data. The individual enters and maintains employee data (new hire, salary, benefit, status changes, etc.) in appropriate systems and confirms accuracy and integrity of all data entered. The incumbent handles problems and non-routine situations by determining the approach or action to take and interprets guidelines, procedures, policies, and practices.

Associate's Degree in Human Resources, Computer Science or related field is required. A minimum of two (2) years of directly related human resources experience is required or any equivalent combination of experience and/or education from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities have been achieved will be considered. Prior experience in Oracle implementation, particularly in transitioning from Lawson to Oracle ERP systems is highly desired. Understanding of Oracle ERP modules and functionalities, with the ability to optimize workflows and improve system performance is preferred. Possession of a valid Florida Driver's License. Demonstrate excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrate proficiency utilizing Microsoft software packages. Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
