Job Summary and Qualifications

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for our Inpatient Rehab Department. In this role, you will provide direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures and protocols of the hospital. You will work closely with the clinical team to create and implement a care plan that meets each patient's needs. Our team is amazing and we consider ourselves a family who work hard to support each other.   • Demonstrates knowledge of human growth and development, assessment, range of treatment, and care of patients appropriate to the ages of patients served.

  • Promotes customer service initiatives along with the Hospital Values.
  • Documents all patient care, including CARE scores.
  • Utilizes Nursing Process for individual care to meet needs of patients.
  • Demonstrates ability to perform technical skills and procedures.
  • Promotes compliances with National Patient Safety Goals.
What qualifications you will need:
  • BLS certification required. 
  • Nonviolent Crisis Intervention Certification required within 90 days of beginning of employment.
  • Certified Registered Rehab Nurse (CRRN) preferred.
  • Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state of New Hampshire or appropriate compact licensure, in accordance with law and regulation. 
  • Associate Degree from an accredited school of nursing required. BSN preferred.
