About the Role

Portsmouth Regional Hospital is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse RN Inpatient Surgical Unit to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assess patient conditions, identify changes, and report promptly to medical providers.
  • Administer medications, monitor patient responses, and document care in the medical record.
  • Provide exceptional patient care by responding to requests, anticipating needs, and resolving issues.
  • Educate patients and families about medical conditions, treatment plans, and follow-up measures.

Requirements

  • BLS certification required.
  • Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of NH or valid compact state.
  • Associate Degree from an accredited school of nursing.
