Job Description
Job Overview:

As an Executive Administrator, you will be tasked with supporting the executive team with day to day tasks and long term goals. These tasks may include:

  • Bookkeeping including A/R, A/P, reconciliation, and payroll preparation
  • Project Administration
  • Coordinating Travel arrangements for all employees and contractors
  • Marketing efforts including Social Media content, industry events calendar, newsletter, technical writing content
  • Attend events, setup / tear down of booth, order swag, hand out, track contacts
  • Calling and emailing clients, vendors and cold calling to set appointments
  • Event Planning including monthly Lunch and Learns, expos, conferences
  • Other activities as identified to support staff

Work is primarily to be completed in an office setting, occasionally on location, running errands and occasionally remotely. Available primarily during standard business hours though the role may require the occasional early morning, late evenings, or weekend around key events. Flexible work hours can be accommodated.

What We Do:

Automation and Controls for all your Operational Technology needs. RTU, PLC, Flow Computer, SCADA and DCS system design, procurement, programming and support. Electrical, Instrumentation, Controls Engineering and procurement. Control Panel and VFD Panel Design, Procurement, Fabrication and testing with full service programming and integrated Factory Acceptance Testing. Managed SCADA hosting and services. Working with all major brands, Rockwell, Siemens, Opto22, Red Lion, Schneider and more. Supporting all industries including energy, manufacturing, food and beverage, water wastewater, building automation, oil and gas, renewable, pharmaceuticals and more.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of consistent work experience in similar role

Drug Free work environment

Valid Driver's license and ability to travel without restrictions

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Excellent problem solving, analytical and detail-oriented mindset

Ability to work with cross-functional and discipline teams effectively

Demonstratable knowledge in marketing and event coordination

Ability to use Microsoft programs at an expert level. Will be tested.
