Job Title : Inventory Coordinator (1st shift)
Job Location : Westbrook, ME.
Shift Hours : 8AM - 5PM (Monday - Friday)


SUMMARY:
  • This role will provide customer service to the Shared Services Center (SSC) and all international/external subsidiaries as well as "other entities."
  • This role will also be responsible for communication to any third Party (3 PL) or other site Warehouse locations for inbound and out bound trucks.
  • This position is a functional role that includes material handling and inventory control tasks to ensure all inventory is maintained accurately, and provided to required areas in a timely manner.
  • This position may also include Shipping & Receiving tasks if applicable.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • List the significant/essential duties, tasks or responsibilities which employees in this position are required to perform.
  • Perform Material Movements both physically and systematically.
  • Generate Work Orders from an ERP system Perform Work Order Receipts in ERP system Perform cycle counting Process stock transfers and material requests.
  • Follow provided control procedures to complete tasks Other tasks as assigned Complete Shipping & Receiving execution tasks if applicable
  • Timely processing of receipts and shipments, including international and DG
  • Cross functional communication with Regulatory, Customer Service, Purchasing, Planning, and others as required
  • Timely returns processing if applicable
  • Other tasks as assigned Maintain a neat and safe work environment
  • Operate material handling equipment
  • Including potential use of forklifts or other equipment with appropriate training and/or certification.
  • Provides customer service to SSC, and all internal/external departments/sites
  • Works with the distribution Center (DC) warehouse on outgoing/incoming cargo
  • Coordinates all shipments expedited from the Scarborough site
  • pproves and submits all invoices and credit memos to SSC and other customer if required
  • ssigns and coordinates all Return Authorization (RA) goods coming back into the building
  • Plan and track shipment of final products according to customer requirements
  • Prepare accurate reports for upper management
  • rrange same-day deliveries whenever possible
  • Prepare accurate invoices
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS | EDUCATION:
  • 5+ years' experience in customer service or logistics management

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics or Business Analytics
  • Previous customer service experience

COMPETENCIES:
  • bility to work with little supervision and track multiple processes
  • Computer-savvy with a working knowledge of logistics software (ERP)
