Role Overview

As the primary point of contact for several projects, the Software Implementation Specialist is key to our success. This role requires accountability for small to medium-sized projects and a collaborative effort in larger projects. You will be responsible for steering these projects to success, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and ensuring projects remain on schedule and within scope. The ideal candidate will become an expert in Spartan's suite of applications, capable of conducting thorough business analysis, user training, and ensuring contractual compliance across all projects. The candidate will have an understanding of judicial processes, preferably with working experience. Strong technical skills are required for this position. When not actively placed on new implementations the position will assist our support team.

Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and Decision Making: Direct and manage the end-to-end implementation of our legal case management systems for clients, demonstrating exceptional leadership and decision-making capabilities to ensure successful delivery.
  • Strategic Project Management: Monitor project progress continuously, making strategic adjustments as necessary to guarantee successful completion.
  • Client Requirement Analysis: Conduct in-depth business analysis to understand client requirements and recommend efficient software solutions, potentially suggesting new work process approaches.
  • Education and Support: Develop and execute comprehensive training, ensuring effective utilization of our systems by clients.
  • Collaboration: Work with our sales, development, and support teams to provide top-tier services.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and foster strong client relationships through proactive communication, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Proven software project management skills, with an ability to lead multiple projects with decisiveness and authority.
  • Deep understanding of the Software Implementation Life Cycle and business analysis techniques.
  • Experience in SaaS implementation.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, capable of engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Strong technical skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Legal/Judicial knowledge or experience preferred.
  • Overnight travel to client sites is required.
