Responsibilities
- Work directly with our employees and customers to develop relationships and help to enhance the sales process.
- Establish rapport with customers to build strong network and consult during buying process to figure out their needs and wants for a vehicle.
- Be the vehicle expert and have a deep understanding of our product offerings, optional packages & latest technology.
- Follow-up with buyers before and after purchase to ensure referral business.
- Work with the Sales Managers and customers throughout the buying experience.
- Learn to overcome objections and have a positive attitude to ensure that guests are taken care of during their visit.
- Direct report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.
- Tenacity and persistence in pursuing sales targets.
- Complete necessary paperwork to ensure smooth sales process.
- Learn to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations.
Qualifications
- Available to work flexible hours, including Saturday's.
- Extraordinary communication skills with your customers, team members and community members.
- Professional appearance and attitude.
- Ability to obtain a Sales License with the State of Colorado.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
