What Will Your Role Involve? As a Sales and Leasing Consultant, you will play a crucial role in facilitating the sale and lease of both new and pre-owned vehicles while upholding our standards for customer satisfaction. You will assist in maintaining an organized lot with accurate pricing and merchandising. Building relationships with customers in the community and fostering a positive workplace culture that aligns with our mission and values will be key aspects of your role.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Welcoming all customers promptly and courteously.
  • Guiding customers through the complete sales process.
  • Identifying each customer's vehicle requirements through inquiry, active listening, and sharing our concept statement.
  • Showcasing vehicles, including conducting test drives.
  • Delivering vehicles to customers, ensuring they understand the vehicle's features, warranty, and necessary paperwork, thereby laying the groundwork for customer loyalty.
  • Effectively utilizing the company CRM tool to track all customer interactions consistently.
  • Following up with customers post-purchase.
  • Staying updated on all factory training and certifications.
  • Maintaining a follow-up system that encourages repeat and referral business, contributing to customer satisfaction.
  • Actively seeking new and former customers throughout Northern Colorado.
  • Keeping informed about new products, features, accessories, and their benefits to customers.
  • Understanding automotive terminology and staying abreast of technological advancements in the industry.
Do You Have the Required Qualifications?
  • High school diploma or equivalent; an associate's or bachelor's degree in business or a related field is preferred.
  • A minimum of 3 years of prior automotive sales experience is preferred.
