About the Role
The Sales & Leasing Consultant will be responsible for selling and leasing new and used vehicles while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction standards. This individual will assist in maintaining an organized and visually appealing lot, accurately pricing and merchandising vehicles. They will develop relationships with customers in the community, cultivating a positive culture and work environment that aligns with our organization's mission and values.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers promptly and provide exceptional customer service.
- Lead customers through the sales process, determining their vehicle needs through active listening and sharing our concept statement.
- Demonstrate vehicles, including test drives, and deliver vehicles to customers, ensuring they understand the vehicle's features, warranty, and paperwork.
- Utilize our CRM tool effectively to track customer interactions and follow up with customers after their purchase.
- Stay up-to-date on factory training and certifications, maintaining an owner follow-up system to encourage repeat and referral business.
- Prospect new and former customers in Northern Colorado, staying informed about new products, features, and accessories.
Requirements
- High school degree or equivalent, with an associate's or bachelor's degree in business or a related field preferred.
- Three or more years of previous automotive sales experience preferred.
