Strong ability to complete hands on maintenance tasks across various platforms with limited guidance. Ability to read and understand maintenance documentation and common language used in maintenance practices. Ability to systematically troubleshoot and root cause faults. Ability to escalate concerns to partner teams/management. Flexibility and adaptability when in relation to operating hours. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Insist on the highest standards from self and others. Good verbal and written communication skills. Good attention to detail and organizational skills. Must be able to safely lift up to 50 lbs. This role will require a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) as the individual may need to drive an Client vehicle to support operations. This role supports an operations-based team.
