[]{#docs-internal-guid-f0991999-7fff-3b47-6d26-990fd60c108e} Administrative Support (Training Center of Central Texas and Lampasas) Location : Training Center of Central Texas or Lampasas County Higher Education Center Reports To : Operations Manager/Coordinator Job Summary: The Administrative Support role is critical in managing student inquiries, enrollments, and class schedules. This individual will handle day-to-day office tasks, ensuring smooth operations and supporting instructors in their administrative needs. Key Responsibilities: Handle student enrollment processes, including data entry and payment tracking. Answer inquiries from potential students via phone, email, and in person. Maintain student records, including attendance and performance. Assist in scheduling classes and managing course calendars. Support instructors with administrative tasks such as preparing class materials and printing documents. Coordinate with lab technicians to ensure all class materials are ready. Track payments and prepare reports for the Operations Manager. Qualifications: Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.). Experience in an administrative role, preferably in an educational or training environment. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
