Office Manager and Executive Assistant - 18568 DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: Linde Engineering North America LLC Office Manager and Executive Assistant Blue Bell, Pennsylvania, United States | req18568 What you will enjoy doing* * In this role, you will work closely with the Selas Linde North America President to manage day-to-day activities and operations, including: office assignments and moves, building management coordination, ordering supplies and managing the building lease invoicing and control process * You will make travel arrangements and prepare expense reports; this includes scheduling, coordinating and planning of complex international or domestic travel including visa requirements, currency exchanges, security and air/land transportation * General scheduling and coordination of Blue Bell staff, special events, and other meetings; Individual scheduling and manages Selas Linde North America's President's schedule is part of your role * You will be responsible for organization and preparation of meeting agendas, materials, presentations, and notes as required * Additionally, you will calculate and compare costs for required goods or services to achieve maximum value for money * Managing temporary workspace assignments and coordinating the needs of executive leadership and facility visitors is part of your role * You will direct, coordinate and plan essential services such as reception (e.g. badges), security, maintenance, mail, archiving, cleaning, vending machines/breakroom supplies, waste disposal and recycling * You also will ensure building meets health and safety requirements and that facility comply with legislation * You will respond appropriately to facilities emergencies or urgent facilities issues as they arise and dealing with the consequences * Managing sensitive business information and maintaining confidentially is a key part of this role What makes you great * You have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related, preferred with a minimum of 5 years' experience as an executive assistant or equivalent role * You also have strong project management capabilities * Further, you have solid organizational and analytical skills, as well as high attention to detail * Ability to work independently is crucial for this role * You have effective computer skills; Microsoft Office Software and other company and discipline specific software applications * You possess a high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations * Additionally, you have effective communication skills both verbally and in writing with all levels in Linde and external companies In addition to competitive compensation, we offer a wide range of medical options to suit everyone's needs.
