As a team of 135 dedicated professionals, we work collaboratively to provide highly customized and connected technical solutions. Our expertise lies in integrating front-end web stores with suppliers, clients, and our own SAP back-office systems.

Job Overview: The New Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building, and maintaining successful relationships with prospects and existing clients, and collaborating with the executive team to secure new deals within the promotional goods industry. This role requires an analytical thinker with a keen understanding of market trends and a proven record in sales and client acquisition.

Responsibilities and Duties:

        Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and viable income streams.

        Develop and implement strategic plans to secure new business deals.

        Collaborate with the design and production teams to ensure client requirements are met.

        Negotiate and close agreements with clients, ensuring all details are managed in a timely and efficient manner.

        Attending industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and build relationships with potential clients.

        Work closely with the creative department to develop and execute strategies aimed at promoting our products and services.

        Provide detailed reports on business development activities and outcomes.

        Foster a collaborative environment within the organization to ensure alignment with company's objectives and goals.

Qualifications:

        Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

        Minimum of 5 years' experience in business development, sales, or a related area, preferably within the promotional goods industry.

        Persuasive communication and negotiation skills.

        Proven ability to plan and manage resources.

        Ability to travel as required to meet business needs.

Skills:

        Excellent organizational and leadership skills.

        Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

        Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
