The General Manager will oversee all aspects of our commercial HVAC operations, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery, customer satisfaction, and overall business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the HVAC industry, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record in business management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and work with install leads and technicians on jobs and follow up on project completion/permits and licenses needed for installations.

  • Respond to customer calls and offer customer support.

  • Provide work order descriptions and pricing quotes.

  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.

  • Foster a positive and productive work environment by promoting teamwork, professional development, and employee engagement.

  • Maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and industry partners.

  • Identify opportunities for business growth and expansion, including new services and market segments.

  • Oversee customer service operations to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.

  • Implement and manage quality control processes to maintain high standards of service delivery.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a management role within the HVAC industry.

  • Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC systems, services, and market trends.

  • Commercial customer experience preferred.

  • Proven ability to develop and implement successful business strategies.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Experience with managing budgets and quoting projects.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency in business management tools.

  • Prior experience working hands-on in the field with equipment is a plus, but not required.

  • License in HVAC and refrigeration is a plus, but not required.

  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
