Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine clients' speech, language, and communication needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique requirements.
  • Provide therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices and innovative techniques.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, including educators, caregivers, and healthcare professionals.
  • Monitor and document progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Educate clients, families, and caregivers on strategies for enhancing communication skills and overcoming challenges.

Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Eligible for Clinical Fellowship (CF) status as per ASHA guidelines.
  • Valid state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure in Florida.
  • Passion for making a positive difference in the lives of individuals with communication disorders.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying abreast of advancements in the field.
