Overview: We are looking for a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide essential services in the field of speech and language therapy. The SLP will assess, diagnose, and treat communication disorders in students, collaborating with educational staff and families to promote academic success.
Core Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive evaluations to determine speech and language impairments.
- Develop and execute personalized education plans (IEPs) and therapeutic objectives.
- Provide direct therapy sessions and monitor student progress meticulously.
- Work in partnership with teachers and parents to meet communication goals.
- Keep accurate documentation and stay updated on industry best practices.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Current California State Licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- CCC-SLP certification is preferred.
- Experience working with school-aged children and developing IEPs.
- Strong communication and organizational abilities.
