Overview: We are looking for a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide essential services in the educational sector. The SLP will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating speech and language impairments among students, collaborating with educators and families to promote effective communication and learning outcomes.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Perform evaluations to identify speech and language challenges.
  • Develop and execute individualized education plans (IEPs) and therapeutic objectives.
  • Provide direct therapy services and monitor student progress.
  • Work in partnership with teachers and parents to meet communication goals.
  • Keep comprehensive records and stay updated on industry best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Valid California State Licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • CCC-SLP certification preferred.
  • Experience working with school-aged children and developing IEPs.
  • Strong communication and organizational abilities.
