Overview: We are looking for a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide essential services in the educational environment. The SLP will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating students with speech and language impairments, collaborating with educators and families to support student success.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Perform evaluations to determine the presence of speech and language challenges.
  • Develop and execute tailored educational plans (IEPs) and therapeutic objectives.
  • Provide direct therapy services and monitor student progress effectively.
  • Work in partnership with teachers and parents to meet communication goals.
  • Keep comprehensive records and remain updated on industry best practices.

Required Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Current California State Licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • CCC-SLP certification is preferred.
  • Experience working with school-aged children and developing IEPs.
  • Strong communication and organizational abilities.
