Job Summary

Soliant is seeking a licensed Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in a school district in California. As a Speech Therapist, you will provide speech and language services to students with communication disorders, evaluate and diagnose communication disorders, and develop treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to diagnose communication disorders
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on evaluations and assessments
  • Provide speech and language therapy to students in both individual and group settings
  • Collaborate with other professionals, such as teachers and parents, to ensure the best possible outcomes for students
  • Maintain accurate records of evaluations, assessments, and therapy sessions
  • Attend meetings and provide reports on student progress
Requirements
  • A valid California SLP License
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience working with pediatric caseloads preferred, not required
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
