TECHNOLOGY SPECIALIST I
(Job Description #320)
$22.36 per hour - 8 hours per day - 12 months

Job Objective: Maintain, install, diagnose and repair computer hardware, software and network malfunctions. Is knowledgeable in the installation, repair and maintenance of computer peripherals, video devices, communication devices and phone systems. Has experience with working with computer server software programs. Ability to create and present information to staff members in professional development workshops and provide individual training.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • 4 year degree from accredited college or university, preferred.Industry Certifications preferred.
  • 3-5 years of proven experience in the technology field, preferred.
  • Evidence of proficiency in the use and maintenance of computer hardware, software, network, communication and wiring.
  • Evidence of a clear record as determined by a BCI and FBI background check.
  • Basic word processing and spreadsheet skills.
  • Experience in utilizing Windows, Apple and Google products and systems.
