Key Responsibilities:
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Clean and maintain business offices, recreation centers, common areas, and model units as directed. This includes, but is not limited to, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and trash removal.
  • Move-Out Cleaning: Clean apartments after move-out to prepare for new residents.
  • Property Appearance: Inspect property common areas, vacant units, and grounds on a regular basis and work with community staff to ensure the property's appearance is acceptable.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor the inventory of cleaning supplies.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with on-site managers and maintenance technicians to ensure seamless operations.
  • Additional Duties: Perform other duties as assigned by management.
