Job Summary
We are seeking a Dental Billing/Front Desk to join our Amazing team, Your main responsibility will be working on Dental Insurance billing, manage insurance pre-determinations, collect and post payments from insurance companies and patients, answer phones and schedule patient appointments The ideal candidate is very organized, has strong customer service and interpersonal skills, and works well independently and within a team. Must be willing to be cross trained on all aspects of the front desk.
Responsibilities
Manage insurance pre-determinations
Collect and post payments from insurance companies, as well as following up on billed insurance claims
Answer the phone and schedule appointments or answer patient questions
Maintain high confidentiality and HIPAA standards
Qualifications
Strong customer service skills
Excellent organizational skills
Attention to detail
Computer skills
Previous office experience desired
