Compensation:

$17.50 hourly

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for counting cash, and maintaining the accuracy of issued cash drawer, collecting cc payment, and making changes.
  • Greets, registers and assigns rooms to guests, and answers the phone.
  • Work with other staff members to ensure that all guest rooms meet hotel standards and accommodate any special client needs.
  • Assign duties and shifts to staff and observe performances to ensure adherence to hotel. Experience in managing a team of 10 employees is required.
  • Assisting in interviewing, scheduling and training front office staff.
  • Ensures guest satisfaction by responding to and resolving guest complaints.
  • Manage online, phone and in-person room reservations.
Qualifications:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and possess a professional, positive, outgoing, and naturally curious personality.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and reservation management system (OPERA) required.
  • Experienced in IHG Brand is preferred.
  • Weekends, nights and holidays availability is required.
  • Flexible work hours is required.
