The Sr Prin Project Engineer will be required to lead or coordinate project planning, resourcing, staffing, progress reporting, people management and troubleshooting for engineering projects. Ensure project results meet requirements regarding technical quality, reliability, schedule, and cost. Facilitates development of IPT plans, schedules, performance requirements. Briefs project team and senior management of progress towards cost, schedule, and performance targets. Leads risk mitigation planning and execution. 

Major Position Responsibilities
  • Performs engineering design evaluations and works to complete projects within budget and scheduling restraints.
  • Reviews industry policies and procedures to ensure data accuracy, security, and regulatory compliance.
  • Reviews reports of production, malfunction, and maintenance to determine or address problems.
  • Provides technical support for the engineering process.
  • Designs, implements, and communicates, an operational plan for completing the project. Monitors progress and performance against the project plan.
  • Takes action to resolve operational problems and minimize delays.
  • Identifies, develops, and gathers resources necessary to complete the project.
  • Prepares engineering designs and work specifications.
  • Develops project schedules, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Selects materials, equipment, project staff, and external contractors.
Basic Qualifications
  • Required Education and Experience: Associate's Degree​ and ​10-12 years’ experience​.
  • Preferred Education: Bachelor's Degree​
  • Discipline/Major: Engineering degree required​
  • Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Oral and written communication skills. Analytical thinking.  Design review. Project engineering. Resource planning. Technical project management. Computer-Aided Engineering (CAE) software. Project management software. 
  • Critical Professional Related Technical Skills; Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Pay Range (USD) 116/k-216/k Additional Compensation - ICP Hired applicant will be eligible to participate in the Company’s Incentive Compensation Program. Benefits Employees are eligible for medical, dental, vision, short and long-term disability, and basic life insurance as well as pre-tax spending accounts. Employees are also able to enroll in the company's 401k plan and are eligible for the Non-Contributory Retirement Contribution.
