Description:

We are seeking a reliable and motivated individual to join our team as an administrative receptionist. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our company, both in-person and over the phone. Your main responsibilities will include greeting visitors, answering and directing phone calls, and providing administrative support to various departments.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate party
  • Provide general information to callers and visitors
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars
  • Maintain an organized and clean reception area
  • Receive and distribute incoming mail and packages
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an administrative receptionist or in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer service-oriented mindset
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Familiarity with office equipment (such as printers and scanners)
  • Basic knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
