Production Operator

Monroe, CT 06468

Monday - Friday, daylight shift

Pay: $17-18/HR

Duration: 6 month contract to direct hire

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Ability to follow documented procedures and standards.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Operate Machinery: Safely and efficiently operate production machinery and equipment as trained and instructed.
  • Monitor Production: Monitor the production process and make adjustments as necessary to ensure quality and efficiency.
  • Quality Control: Inspect products for defects and ensure that they meet quality standards. Report any issues to the supervisor.
  • Safety Compliance: Follow all safety procedures and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment. Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on machinery and equipment. Report any malfunctions or issues to the maintenance team.
  • Documentation: Accurately complete all required production and quality documentation.
  • Housekeeping: Maintain a clean and organized work area. Participate in daily and weekly cleaning schedules.
  • Team Collaboration: Work effectively as part of a team to meet production goals and deadlines.
  • Training: Participate in ongoing training to develop skills and knowledge relevant to the role.
