Job Description:

POSITION SUMMARY

Under the direction of the Director of Diagnostic Imaging, the Manager of Outpatient Imaging Services is responsible for the daily medical imaging operations of Cameron Park and Orthopedic Clinic Imaging Services. This position will supervise all Imaging Services Operations and Imaging Staff at these locations performing medical imaging procedures as needed and provide oversite of the Supervisor, Mammography Technologist and Mammography outcomes program.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

Education/Licensure/Certification:
  • Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) and/or California Radiological Technologist (CRT). Advanced certification is highly recommended.
  • Associate's degree or equivalent education and/or experience required.
  • Must meet all DMV requirements listed below. *
Knowledge:
  • Minimum of five years current working and leadership experience in Diagnostic Imaging is required.
  • Proven knowledge of and ability to apply leadership and supervisory principles and skills.
  • Knowledge of and ability to develop and maintain imaging protocols.
Skills:
  • Experiences where leadership, integrity, initiative and effective communication skills have been demonstrated
  • Ability to meet and develop budgetary objectives
  • Must have team building experience


*Note: Requires employees to drive at least once per pay period. Candidates must possess and supply proof of: a current CA Driver's License, a clean DMV printout and Auto Insurance coverage with a minimum of $50,000 per person/$100,000 per occurrence (or a combined single limit of $100,000) and property damage coverage in an amount not less than $50,000 per occurrence.
