Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Radiologic Technologist to lead our Diagnostic Imaging department at Marshall Medical Center. As a Lead Imaging Technologist, you will be responsible for supervising the daily workflow of radiology services, ensuring the appropriate prioritization of in-patient and outpatient exams and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise the daily workflow of radiology services, including radiology, fluoroscopy, portable radiology procedures, and patient transportation.
  • Assist in the formulation of procedure protocols in collaboration with the Medical Director.
  • Provide direct input into performance evaluations and competency assessments of Radiology Technologists and Clinical Imaging Assistants.
  • Ensure the highest quality of work and service in the department.
Requirements
  • Graduate from a Radiology Technology program and current California Radiological Technologists (CRT) licensed required.
  • American Registry of Radiological Technologist (ARRT) strongly preferred.
  • Advanced certification in CT or Mammography preferred.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in Radiologic Technology and a graduate from a Radiology Technology program required.
  • At least 1 year of experience in supervision, teaching, protocol formulation or formal management training preferred.
