Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Radiologic Technologist to join our team as a Lead Imaging Technologist at Marshall Medical Center. This is a supervisory role that requires strong leadership and technical skills to oversee the daily workflow of radiology services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of radiology technologists and clinical imaging assistants.
  • Ensure the efficient and effective operation of radiology services, including fluoroscopy, portable radiology procedures, and patient transportation.
  • Assist in the formulation of procedure protocols and provide input into performance evaluations and competency assessments.
  • Collaborate with the Medical Director and Operations Supervisor to prioritize in-patient and outpatient exams and procedures.
Requirements
  • Graduate from a Radiology Technology program and current California Radiological Technologists (CRT) license required.
  • American Registry of Radiological Technologist (ARRT) certification strongly preferred.
  • Advanced certification in CT or Mammography preferred.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in Radiologic Technology and a graduate from a Radiology Technology program required.
  • At least 1 year of experience in supervision, teaching, protocol formulation, or formal management training preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of college education preferred.
  • Knowledge of Radiology exams and procedures and a clear understanding of logistical issues involved in the services.
  • Excellent communication skills with staff, patients, and physicians required.
