We are looking for a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst that will handle data analysis, requirements, testing, user training, and dashboard/report creation. This role involves implementing data solutions, collaborating with stakeholders, and maintaining high standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to advocate data solutions.
- Become an expert on various business data sources.
- Lead SIT and UAT testing.
- Develop automated dashboards and reports.
- Conduct data analysis and maintain governance processes.
- Handle support tickets and interact with end users.
- Provide training on technical and business concepts.
- Create and update documentation.
- Maintain the product backlog.
- Bachelor's in computer science, math, or engineering.
- 5+ years in business intelligence or data analytics.
- Proficiency in SQL and enterprise reporting technologies (Tableau, PowerBI, SSRS).
- Familiarity with RDBMS/Data Warehouse platforms (SQL Server, Oracle, AWS, Azure, Snowflake).
- Understanding of CRM and ERP systems (Salesforce, JDE, OneStream).
- Strong interpersonal, written, and presentation skills.
- Experience with traditional and agile project methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and commitment to continuous improvement.
