Customer Service Representative II Columbus, South Carolina ( 16.00 USD/hour) (Paid Training) Highlights of the job: · Industry: Customer Support · Employment Type: Contract to Hire · Schedule: Needs to be available between 8:00am- 6:00pm to receive a 8hour shift. · 8 weeks of training · Start Date: 8/5/2024. Working with an extensive client base, TEK systems is searching for experienced customer service representatives in South Carolina Benefits of this role: · Opportunity to work for one of the top Healthcare Organization in South Carolina · Helpful and supportive leadership and executives · Overtime available · Opportunity for growth A Day in the Role: · Makes and receives phone calls to exchange information to accomplish tasks. · Ensures effective customer relations by responding accurately, timely and courteously to telephone, written, web, or walk-in inquiries. · Responds to, research and/or assists with priority inquiries and special projects as required by management. · Maintains accurate records on complaints and/or other customer comments and makes recommendations for changes to management.
