Segra is searching for a dynamic and experienced Access Management Analyst I to work in a remote capacity.

Role Overview:

The Access Management Analyst I will analyze the services from vendors for Segra's ILECs, CLECs, Network and Internet divisions. The purpose is to comprehensively audit vendor expenditures to look for cost reduction opportunities. These may be in the form of strategic renewals on out of term services, disconnecting services that are no longer needed, or project managing optimizations efforts to consolidate vendor services or to groom them onto the Segra network. Access Management Analyst I will support the Network Operations Center and the Sales organization by maintaining current vendor contact and escalation lists, network kmzs and building lists.

Required Qualifications:

  • Must have an associate or bachelor's degree to be considered
  • Must have strong knowledge of some MS Office suite applications, specifically Excel

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Telecommunications experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of telecommunications services, networks and products preferred.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Visio.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and discretion & judgment necessary in negotiations, strong attention to detail, and ability to work well with other groups and as part of a team.
