Staffing Coordinator - Anticoagulation and Pharmacotherapy Clinic at Providence Sacred Heart Medical Center & Children's Hospital in Spokane, WA

Schedule Details: Supplemental or On Call, Day Shift

Responsible for a variety of tasks related to greeting, registration, pre-registration, insurance authorization, verification of benefits, explanation of various hospital forms and policies, collection of monies due at time of service, scheduling appointments, answering telephones. Responsibilities include supporting pharmacists, gathering clinical information, communicating with providers and other clinicians, preparing charts, transferring medical records, reviewing medical records. Responsibilities include checking patients in for appointments, taking vital signs, medication reconciliation, coordination of care and patient education.

Providence has been serving the Inland Northwest since 1886 when Mother Joseph and the Sisters of Providence founded Sacred Heart Medical Center.
