Key Responsibilities:

Video Content Creation:

  • Design and produce engaging video content for various platforms.
  • Perform testing, including product testing and document the process through video.
  • Edit and cut videos to create polished content for customer communication.
  • Occasionally travel to customer locations to capture on-site video content.

Social Media Management:

  • Manage and update our social media accounts on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
  • Create and post graphics and videos tailored to each platform.
  • Maintain a consistent posting schedule, with 3 posts per week
  • Develop and manage content calendars.
  • Take responsibility for creating and managing ads for trade magazines and custom-cut metal products.

Content and Communications:

  • Oversee constant contact and newsletter communications.
  • Edit and proofread blog content to ensure clarity, consistency, and engagement.

Data Management:

  • Utilize Excel to manage spreadsheets related to testing and data entry.

Design and Proposal Development:

  • Use Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, to develop content and design videos

Industrial and Technical Video Production:

  • Capture and create videos that document industrial processes, including machinery operations.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in video production and editing.
  • Strong skills in social media management and content creation.

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign and video editing tools.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to travel for occasional on-site video production.
  • Experience in managing and analyzing data using Excel.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in industrial or manufacturing video production.
  • Familiarity with trade magazine advertising.
