What You'll Do:

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various platforms to increase brand awareness, drive lead generation, and enhance our digital footprint within the multifamily housing sector. Your expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads as well as a knack for creative problem solving, familiarity with online trends, and willingness to learn more about the field of digital marketing will be crucial in developing strategies that reach our target audience effectively.

Where You'll Work:

Located in downtown Columbus, Ohio, our corporate offices overlook the Columbus Commons which plays hosts to over 200 events throughout the year. Enjoy the building's fitness center and rooftop terrace with adjoining clubroom, and walk to some of the city's best restaurants and downtown amenities. This role can also be executed fully remote.

What You'll Own:
  • Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other relevant platforms.
  • Optimize campaigns for maximum ROI, including keyword selection, bid management, and ad copy creation.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance data to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align digital strategies with overall marketing goals.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and the multifamily housing industry.
  • Manage the marketing budget effectively to ensure optimal use of resources.
  • Aid in the creation and maintenance reports to track progress and demonstrate results of lead generation efforts across all platforms.
  • Provide executive summaries to partners and stakeholders elucidating areas of opportunity, recommendations, and changes in the marketing landscape.
  • Other duties and projects as directed and assigned.
What You'll Bring:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, marketing communications, or a related field
  • 1+ years of experience in a digital marketing role
  • Proven track record of success in developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns that drive measurable results
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, awareness marketing, email marketing, reporting, and analytics
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail required
  • Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel
