Coke Florida is looking for a Project Manager based out of our Tampa HQ location, working first shift Mon-Fri

What You Will Do:

As a Coke Florida Project Manager, you will be responsible for project management under the Coke Florida Enterprise Program Management Office (EPMO). Coke Florida's project and program needs range from short strategic engagements to large transformational programs. Project durations vary in length due to complexity of the engagement. The Project Manager will be responsible for all aspects of project management and delivery. Provides oversight and leadership to ensure that projects are completed on time, in budget, in scope and that the project objectives and ROI are met. A key component of work is partnering with key stakeholders to create and deliver an enterprise level plan. Work is performed under general direction of the Enterprise Program Management Office (EPMO) Director and is reviewed upon completion for adequacy in meeting objectives and to ensure compliance with processes, standards, and policies of the organization. The position provides guidance to functional areas in development and execution of projects to manage/reduce risk and deliver projected business outcomes.

Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Learn various parts of the Coke Florida and Affiliate businesses as needed and using that knowledge and skills to create a successful project plan.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders and oversee the whole program/project cycle from development to implementation. Help shape the charter's creation
  • Develop project work plan and staff allocation for project/program tasks, cycles, or stages, and arrange for recruitment or assign of project resources
  • Direct and coordinate activities of project/program personnel to ensure project progresses on schedule and within budget
  • Identify and schedule project deliverables, milestones and required activities and tasks
  • Manage and coordinate the completion of enterprise, functional and/or departmental projects and key initiatives from start to finish
  • Display experience applying practical solutions and proven methods to deliver projects on time on budget and in alignment with defined business goals
  • Assess projects with recommendations for recovery and course correction
  • Perform and implement project governance, processes, and procedures
  • Manage risk associated with project execution and broader enterprise interdependency
  • Ensures detailed project plans are created and used to manage milestones, resources and dependencies
  • Responsible for comprehensive project timelines including sign-off from all work streams
  • Provide frequent and effective communication to the project team and sponsors
  • Work with the project team to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Anticipate risks and works with the team to create mitigation plans
  • Escalate significant /blocking issues and risks to leadership
  • Manage the project financials, actuals and forecast
  • Work with project team and sponsors to remove barriers to success
  • Facilitate change management activities by involving the appropriate experts
For this role, you will need:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Computer Science or related field, or equivalent related project/program Management experience
  • At least 3 years of progressively responsible project management experience
Additional qualifications that will make you successful in this role:
  • A mindset of learning and a vision of possibilities.
  • MBA or master's degree preferred
  • Demonstrated experience in leading and influencing diverse teams
  • Proven knowledge of project management tools and templates
  • Proven knowledge of project scope management, risk management, scheduling
  • PMP and certification preferred
  • Basic knowledge of how to manage change
  • Agile methodology preferred
