Job Description

Provides effective and efficient information technology services to the organization including first level support for incident resolution and requests, alert communications and user provisioning administration.

Essential Tasks/Major Duties

· Provide hardware and software problem resolution to both internal and external customers per service level standards.

· Document all reported issues and resolutions in the incident management system.

· Ensure users are updated on progress of issue resolution per service standards.

· Escalate issues to the appropriate subject matter expert and or management when necessary.

· Administer user provisioning and related access permissions for designated organization systems.

· Maintain accurate service desk processes and procedures.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

· 3 years information technology service desk experience supporting device management, TEAMS, Zoom, and conference room audio/video technology, Active Directory, virtual desktops, ticketing systems

· HDI Support Center Analyst Certification preferred.

· Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

· Demonstrated successful ability to build positive relationships and partnerships within department, across the organization and with external customers.

· Excellent organizational skills, including ability to multi-task and prioritize workload.

· Excellent problem solving, critical thinking and decision-making skills.

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization.
