What would you do as a Help Desk Field Engineer II

As a Full Time Help Desk Field Engineer II at Sunstate Technology Group in Farmington, NM, you will be immersed in the heart of our operations, providing essential onsite support to our clients. Beyond troubleshooting and resolving Help Desk trouble tickets, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of user account information, system groups, and security measures.
