About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Parts Coordinator at Griffin Bros Leasing, Inc. This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our parts inventory management system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Order and receive all parts delivered to the shop, verifying accuracy and condition upon receipt.
  • Return any incorrect, damaged, or unnecessary parts for credit, following established procedures.
  • Store parts in the designated areas of the parts room, organized by RO#.
  • Follow up with vendors on any outstanding parts orders.
  • Handle returns and re-orders as needed during the repair process.
  • Coordinate sublet work and ensure timely completion of repairs.
  • Monitor service quality and pricing from both sublet and parts vendors.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to follow standard operating procedures.
